All sales are final. SPT Uniforms does not trade on a ‘sale or return’ basis. We do not accept returns subject to the following conditions being met:
- All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Please email SPT Uniforms, first to inform us of any returns. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org. Giving your address and order number.
- A Returns authorisation note must be obtained prior to return of goods.
- We cannot accept returned goods if they are the wrong size, we will exchange sizes for you. However SPT Uniforms may charge a 10% restocking charge any additional delivery costs must be paid for by the customer. School reception do have sizing samples. Please check size samples before purchase.
- All goods must be returned in good condition, original packaging, not processed and washed. We do not allow goods returned if worn.
- SPT Uniforms retain the right to refuse returned goods should the company deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
- All returns will be handled on individual basis and we may contact you to discuss any issues, to assist us in improving our customer services.
