Terms & Conditions
All School Uniforms is supplied under the following conditions:
- Payment is required when ordering School uniforms using credit card or debit card.
- Cheques are only accepted when using a paper order form. These are available from the school reception.
We now offer Royal mail recorded delivery as a option when ordering Poloshirts, Jumpers, Socks and Shorts. The £3.50 delivery price will only cover x1 unit of a poloshirt and jumper. Up to x3 units of Socks and shorts. Any additional items purchased and the delivery cost will be to our standard £6.00. Please note that from despatch Royal mail delivery can take up to 5 working days. Please make sure you select the correct delivery option. Make sure you take into account the extended delivery from Royal Mail when you select this option. Unfortunatly Royal Mail can take up to 2 days to trace an item sent. This is Royal mail standard delivery. By selecting Royal Mail delivery you are happy to accept their terms and conditions of delivery. Available on request.
- We will endeavour to supply all orders within 14 days. However during busy periods we may need to extend our delivery date. Any information on this will be display on our website or we will email you with a delivery date.
- Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery.
- All shortages, damages or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by email email@example.com
- Our Courier Company do delivery from 7am to 5pm on weekdays and we cannot give a guarantee time.
- There may be an additional cost for a Saturday morning delivery.
- If you are not available at the time they call, you may find a card has been posted. It is up to you to respond and make arrangements for a suitable delivery time and date.
- If you do not respond then any goods will be returned to us and you will be liable for any extra delivery costs.
- From time to time we may source alternative delivery, especially during busy periods to guarantee delivery. This time maybe on an evening or weekends.
- We are able to store orders for a later delivery if you require this. However it must be stated at the time of ordering.
- If a collection from School is required we will email you when the goods are ready for collection. Please do not contact the School. If you require any information, please email SPT Uniforms on firstname.lastname@example.org , with your home address and order number to assist us with your enquiry.
We will work to complete your order in full. However if we are unable to carry this out then we will inform you via email within 48 hours from placing the order giving you a expected delivery dates.
- SPT Uniforms can at any time withdraw any promotion or offer. We can amend or change any promotion or offer. Alternatively we can promote any offer or promotion at any time.
- SPT Uniforms can withdraw or change any product at any time.SPT Uniforms can introduce any new products at any time.
- SPT Uniforms reserves the right to change prices or specifications when necessary without prior notification.
- Until title passes to the purchaser it shall indemnify SPT Uniforms against all loss or damage to the goods, including damage in transit, or depreciation in the value of the goods.
- Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser immediately upon delivery.
SPT Uniforms do not disclose buyers information to third parties except for below.
