Pre-loved uniforms for everyday budgets

We are pleased to announce we are providing a service that allows you to donate and also purchase previously loved uniforms throughout all the Delta Academies Trust Schools. This initiative helps both the environment and your school uniforms costs and to help families budget.

You donate, we launder and resale at a discounted cost and in return we reward you with a discount on your account for future uniform purchases. (You receive a discount based on uniform which is resalable any uniform donated which is not resalable or non Delta Academies Trust uniform will not be considered for a discount to your account).

In every Delta location is a donation point and every academy has donation bags available from their reception. The donation works with your account so you will need to login to your account.

In your account you can select the Delta Trust Academies uniform you wish to donate select the size and quantity to donate and place the uniform into the donation bag, remember to add the donation form which you can print out at home or alternatively write the reference number on the donation bag so we can identify you. You may have uniform which is not in the donations. It could be we have a large stock of a particular size or style so we don’t require this uniform at this time.

If you have non Delta Academies Trust uniform to donate please use alternative options such as local charity organisations in your local community as they also provide vital service and support.

We will collect the uniform periodically throughout the Academy year. Then we will process the collections once your donation is ready for resale and then we will offer you a online reward in a discount or online cash discount to use against any new or pre-loved uniform purchases.

At no point would we mark up any pre-loved uniform purchased as ‘pre-loved’ so you can order with
confidence the packaging is our normal standard packaging so you can still use the click and collect service
at the Academies.
