Payment is required when ordering School uniforms using credit card or debit card.
We offer several forms of delivery. If you are entitled to free delivery your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail or our Courier service. We reserve the right to choose any method of delivery if you have selected the free delivery option. Please make sure you have the ability to sign for your delivery. All goods dispatched need a signed for delivery. Please note that from dispatch Royal Mail delivery can take up to 10 working days to arrive. The courier service we supply is a next working day delivery from dispatch from our warehouse. The service does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays or on Bank Holidays. Please make sure you select the correct delivery option to the urgency of your order. Make sure you take into account the extended delivery time from Royal Mail when you select this option. Royal Mail can take up to 2 days to trace any item sent. This can delay your order. This is Royal mail standard delivery practice. We will endeavour to supply all orders within 14 days. However during busy periods we may need to extend our delivery date. Any information on this will be display on our website or we will email you with a delivery date.
Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery.

Our Courier Company do delivery from 7am to 5pm on weekdays and we cannot give a guarantee time.
If you are not available at the time they call, you may find a card has been posted. It is up to you to respond and make arrangements for a suitable delivery time and date.
If you do not respond then any goods will be returned to us and you will be liable for any extra delivery costs.
From time to time we may source alternative delivery, especially during busy periods to guarantee delivery. This time maybe on an evening or weekends.
We are able to store orders for a later delivery if you require this. However it must be stated at the time of ordering.
If a you have selected the click and collect service with the Academy we will email/text you (If you selected the text me option when you placed your order) when the goods are ready for collection. Please do not contact the Academy or attempt collection until we have informed you. If you have any queries please contact us directly. We will ask for the name of the student for the Click and Collect service this is only for the Academy to identify the individual this is printed onto the delivery label and order form this information is only processed once.

We will work to complete your order in full. However if we are unable to carry this out then we will inform you via email within 48 hours from placing the order giving you a expected delivery dates.

Until title passes to the purchaser it shall indemnify SPT Uniforms Ltd against all loss or damage to the goods, including damage in transit, or depreciation in the value of the goods.
Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser immediately upon delivery.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products and services. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We only use your information to process your order. All your information is stored within our website. We continually update all security and woocommerce updates to make sure we are fully up to date with all aspects of security and cyber knowledge.
During your order been processed we print out a order which contains your order details, delivery address, email address and phone/text number. This information is not shared with any 3rd party this is for us to process you order. Once we have processed your order the printed order form is stored within our secure internal file system. These are destroyed by shredding after a period of time. (between 12-24 months after your order date)
During processing your order we print out a returns and delivery note pages. The delivery note contains your delivery address label this is peeled from the delivery note and placed on the parcel/box. The returns and delivery note form is placed within your parcel/box. If by mistake a duplication delivery note or returns form is printed this will be destroyed by shredding
During the delivery process we may share your phone/text number with UK Mail, DPD Local or Royal mail. If you selected the text me option when you placed your order. You may cancel this at any time by contacting us by email email@example.com This is to enhance your delivery experience. The delivery company will contact you to let you know the date and time of your delivery. You have the option to amend the delivery to a choosing more suitable for you. This information once the delivery has been made is not stored. When you place a future order you will be asked to opt for the phone/text service.
We will ask for the name of the student for the Click and Collect service this is only for the Academy to identify the individual this is printed onto the delivery label and order form this information is only processed once. When you place another order you will be prompted to add the information.

All sales are final. SPT Uniforms does not trade on a ‘sale or return’ basis. We do accept returns subject to the following conditions being met:
- All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Please email SPT Uniforms Ltd, first to inform us of any returns. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org Giving your order number.
- We cannot accept returned goods if they are the wrong size, we will exchange sizes for you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods back to us. Please use a signed for delivery service so you know the goods have been received. Once received we will email you to let you know we have the goods and we will process your return within 4 working days. The cost of the delivery back to you will be paid by SPT Uniforms Ltd. This is to offer a half way cost to the return of goods. If a refund is required no additional compensation will be offered and your method of payment will be refunded with 7 working days.
- All goods must be returned in good condition, original packaging, not processed and washed.
- We do not allow goods returned if worn.
- SPT Uniforms Ltd retain the right to refuse returned goods should the company deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
- All returns will be handled on individual basis and we may contact you to discuss any issues, to assist us in improving our customer services.
